A Request...

Please retain an open mind. I'm not suggesting that this sort of document assembly approach is for every law firm under the sun. In fact, I will be outlining several scenarios where this sort of design is specifically useful. Either way, please remember that this may or may not suit your practice and may be a total waste of time for you to read.

Some of the examples may not apply to your firm, but don't stop reading just because you see one or two that don't fit. Your firm may have the largest debt recovery practice in your state, but you don't do ANY leasing. So, don't look at the property related stuff, look at the litigious type libraries.

Some of the "practice modifications" will not suit your firm. Perhaps flat-rate billing is an impossibility for your firm...or perhaps you've simply never been able to make flat rate billing profitable.

What I'm requesting here is that you keep an open mind. Most of what I'm listing here has been done successfully in other firms. Its not just "off the top of my head" stuff that I'm tossing around to get your cash. It is all serious sam stuff that can be looked at to achieve real turn arounds and results in your firm.
